QUINCY — The four pastors of Quincy’s Catholic parishes with elementary schools, together with Bishop Thomas John Paprocki, have signed new bylaws that mark an essential step in the future of Catholic education in Quincy. These bylaws bring together Blessed Sacrament, St. Dominic, St. Francis Solanus, and St. Peter Schools to establish Quincy Catholic Schools (QCS) as a unified entity, formalizing collaboration among the four parishes. This ensures consistency in governance while preserving the distinct identities of each parish school.
